Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered warehouse processing, it may no longer be changed or cancelled. Under our current processing workflow, orders are generally submitted to the warehouse approximately two hours after being placed.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once warehouse processing has started.
